through the most historical stunning places in the world...whereas it realized its great history of the ancient monuments by the sober eyes … Jordan has made use of all its possibilities, including the Dead Sea water, salt and black clay that is full of elements and used for cure. Therefore, it has established the spas, health and curative centers as well as hotels with high quality services and many facilities for comfortable accommodation. Its geographical location, where it locates on the Middle East map, makes it a bridge connecting the sea with the desert and the east with the west. Therefore, it becomes a bride throughout the year. When all successful elements of tourism, whether climatic or natural, gather in a country, the coming of tourists to this country is a normal matter. This happens in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. According to the statement of the Ministry of Tourism in Jordan, the income of tourism reached to 2.5 billion dinars in 2010. It shows the growth and prosperity of tourism sector that used all its possibilities make the tourism as a basic element. thus , it  presented "Pleasant  Table" of various tourism kinds  for example ; the leisure tourism such as tourism of beaches , diving and water sports in the Gulf of Aqaba , tourism of ancient monuments , religious tourism and tourism of festivals then the curative tourism  in which it excels.
Recently, people turned to a new health and curative manner in the most countries around the world. This style depends on curing by using the mineral water and curative spas that are full of hot natural water because many elements of useful minerals are available. As Jordan is full of these hot wells or brackish water that is full of mineral elements founded in the Dead Sea, it proceeded to exploit this natural wealth. It started to establish and construct health and therapeutic spas in these places that provide to the visitor an opportunity of pleasure and rest along with using this water, whether for curing the skin diseases, etc , or for achieving rest and recreation. The Dead Sea, that is considered the lowest point on the sea surface in the world (i.e. it is at a depth of 410m below the sea level), gives a good opportunity to Jordan. 
Jordan endeavors to prepare all its different cities with all new utilities, modern preparations and safe roads. It carried out important projects. Aqaba is a model place to enjoy the tourism thanks to its warm water and beautiful weather, in addition to the high quality services and many facilities that are provided by its hotels for a comfortable accommodation.

Besides, the Gulf of Aqaba – the northeastern arm of the Red Sea and upon its beach, the Aqaba city is located. This beach extends more than 180 cm. its width extends to be 25km paralleling to Egypt beaches and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This Gulf is marked by being a unique environment for the sea creatures' species especially the magic coral reefs groups that provide the marine environment with the moderate temperature. It is characterized by the quietness of the marine streams for living and reproduction. In addition, the moderate salinity of the sea allows an exemplary environment for the existence of many species of animals and sea creatures. There are more than 110 species of the soft corals, 120 species of the hard corals and 1000 species of the rare and colored fishes in the Gulf of Aqaba, in addition to a lot of crustaceans that are living in its water. Nocturnal animals appear such as the crab, prawn, lobster, sea turtles, dolphins, sea cows and harmless whale sharks. Aqaba is the only coastal city that connects Jordan with the whole world through the sea. It is a beautiful and calm city that is surrounded by the colored mountains and the blue water of the sea expanding more than 27 cm. in the last decade, this city got the interest of Jordan, as it became a special economic zone. Therefore, it became one of the most important regional economical sources as well as its environmental, tourism and economical ranks. Therefore, Aqaba is one of the most important, prospering and growing cities in Jordan.

Aqaba and other places in Jordan attract many migratory birds which stop by for the rest during their arduous migration routes between Asia and Africa. Some of these birds stay for the winter in this oasis as being a suitable environment for reproduction. Particularly, when the winter rained heavily so the pools and swamps filled with water.
Wadi Rum locates near Aqaba. It provides the visitor with a unique experience that is full of adventures. Climbing the high colored mountains is a fun adventure, in addition to exploring the desert surrounding the high mountains by using four-wheel drive or camels or horses. The desert extends before the adventurer with its wonderful gold sand. In Wadi Rum, the tourist can stay in a tent to enjoy seeing the clear sky, stars and magic night.
Petra
Petra is the bride of the tourism sites in Jordan. It is one of the most amazing historical places in the world. It is the rock-cut capital of Nabataeans for more than two thousand years. It is the city of tourists and the place of visitors' attention in Jordan.
In Jordan, the tourist can transport through small distances from the lowest area in the world below the sea surface, where the fertilizing Jordanian valley is located, to the sprawling desert that has the amazing desert forts and citadels where the wild life is full of the rare creatures, whether the vegetation or animal diversity or enjoying the forests beauty and its fresh air in Ajlun heights and Al Balqa hills. Jordan can save the suitable utilities and atmospheres to those who are searching for excitement and adventure. They can do a safari trip whether by camels or horses or four-wheel drive along with climbing the rocks.
Religious Tourism
There are many tombs, shrines of the prophet's companions and religious holy places. The researchers come to Jordan to explore the battles location and the shrines of prophets and companions– peace be upon them. Jordan was the door of Islamic conquests. Many great historical battles took place in Jordan such as the Battle of Mu'tah , Battle of Yarmuk and  Battle of Tabaqat Fahl. The visit of Pope Benedict XVI to the Baptism site is considered as a part of the Holy Lands visit.
In the commemoration of the martyrs and prophet's companions; the mosques, tombs and shrines were established to revive the Islamic victories in the mind of the contemporary people. In Mu'tah and Mazar near the south of Al Karak , there are the tomb of Ja'far Ibn Abi Talib and the shrines of  Zaid Ibn Haritha and Abd Allah Ibn Rawahah . There is a memorial castle of Farwa Ibn Amr El Jodhami near Hammamat Afra north At-Tafilah city. There is a shrine of Harith Ibn Amir Al-azdi in the south of At-Tafilah near Busayra city, God bless them all.

In the middle of Jordan near As-Salt city, there is the tomb of the prophet Ayub peace be upon him in Batna village. There is the tomb of Shu'aib Peace be upon him in Wadi Shuaib near As- Salt city. The location of the cavemen, located in the southeast in Amman, is the most attractive places for the visitors. The story of the Cavemen is mentioned in the Holy Quran and known in the Christian history. There are a lot of Holy Places in Jordan. For example in the east of Jordan River, the Baptism site known in the past as Bethania is located in Wadi Kharrar. The Christ peace be upon him stood, at the age of thirty years old, between the prophet Yehia's hands to be baptized by water. From this place, the Christ announced the beginning of his message for humanity.
Art and Cultural Progress
Royal Cultural Center in Amman represents a modern structure that includes theatres, cinemas and conference and exhibition halls. It is a model for many cultural centers that are spread in Jordan, embracing many kinds of Arab and regional art and culture.

The contemporary Jordan has witnessed a great art progress. It is represented by the large number of art exhibitions that are full of creative art works made by many Jordanian artists who set a hit in the field of creation and original art, making from a destination and a perfect country for many Arab artists to hold their exhibitions to exhibit their creative drawings in different kinds of fine art.
